- Other factors determined by each lender
We make no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of approval, specific interest rates, or terms you may receive.
3. Your Representations
By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that:

- You are authorized to apply for financing on behalf of the business named
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- You consent to us sharing your information with lending partners
- You understand that lenders may conduct credit checks and other verification
4. Consent to Contact
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Canada Equipment Finance and our lending partners regarding your financing inquiry. This may include:
- Phone calls (including automated calls)
- Email messages
- Text messages (standard rates may apply)
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
5. Fees
Canada Equipment Finance does not charge applicants any upfront fees for our services. Our compensation comes from lending partners in the form of referral fees or commissions when financing is successfully completed.
Any fees, costs, or charges associated with your financing will be disclosed by the lender in your financing agreement.
6. Third-Party Lenders
The lenders in our network are independent companies with their own terms, conditions, and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for:
- Lender approval decisions
- Interest rates or fees charged by lenders
- Terms and conditions of any financing agreement
- Lender customer service or business practices
- Lender privacy practices
Your relationship with any lender you choose to work with is governed by that lender's own agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canada Equipment Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Denial of financing by any lender
- Rates, terms, or conditions offered by lenders
- Actions or omissions of lending partners
- Loss of business opportunities
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Canada Equipment Finance or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
